Is Legacy 34 pet friendly?

Here at Legacy 34 Apartments we gladly accept up to two pets per unit. There is a non-refundable pet fee due at time of signing the lease along with a monthly pet fee per animal. Service animals are accepted.

Do you offer furnished units?

Legacy 34 is happy to offer furnished units available for an additional monthly fee. There units are often limited. Please contact our office for more information and to check availability.

Who all needs to apply?

All tenants aged of 18 years or older are required to complete a rental application for the apartment.

Where do I apply?

Applications may be completed on our website by clicking the link HERE or in our office. There is a $40 fee per application.
